Welcome Home is a publication by the City of Toronto, and it's absolutely indispensable. It's available as a book and online.
The City of Toronto's list of drop-ins is fairly basic but whatever, it's there. The link will probably stop working pretty quick since it's super complicated.
TDIN's Drop-In Finder combines a database of drop-ins with a map. They also release reports on holiday closures, which are really essential to people, and although those reports are part of their website, there's no page that links to each report. You have to contact someone at TDIN to receive those links via email.
The 211 Toronto website is a monster listing of services. It's hard to use, but it's got a lot of data.
The Welcome Home link doesn't work.

DeleteThey just don't have a page on the city website or anywhere, to link to, that links to that PDF. They should have just produced an HTML version of it, of course, but that's not like the City. That's like this site. But converting a massive book is a bit more challenging than like... a two-page holiday meals document. Sigh.
